7. Malware Removal
Our maintenance plan include malware cleanup in case of hacking. Malware cleanup will be free of charge if the following conditions are met:
- The infection occurred while your site has an active maintenance plan with us. A site already hacked before the service is activated cannot benefit from free malware cleanup; AND
- The WordPress website protected by a maintenance plan must be the only site hosted in the client’s web hosting account. We cannot be responsible for potential cross-contamination. If another site or application is hosted in the same hosting account, the active site cannot benefit from free malware cleanup.
If a website is not eligible for free malware cleanup, the fees applicable for our malware cleanup service will apply and will be advised beforehand.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
